My roommate just notified me that our internet services were offline. This was due to the modem needing to be activated, again. I logged into my account to give him the number so he could activate the internet and could work from home. While in the account, I saw that my bill amount had updated, but it was different than the agreed upon amount from yesterday. I have since placed a call to my new corporate contact and awaiting a response.
